We need your support at the 2017 Manhattan Beach Hometown Fair Mustang Tri-Tip Booth
. The Football Boosters need all parents and players to work shifts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, October 6, 7 & 8
. Parents - please note that player participation is mandatory so please make sure that your son is signed up for a shift.
First, for Friday, Oct. 6
, we need 7-8 volunteers
to unload booth supplies at Live Oak field and help set up the booth. This shift runs from about 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm
Second, we need players and parents to work shifts on Saturday and Sunday
during the fair to help prepare and sell the tri-tip sandwiches. Shifts run approximately 2 hours: 9:30 am-12 noon/ 12-2 pm/ 2-4 pm/ or 4-6:30 pm. We also need help with a short shift on Sunday from 6-7:30 pm for Booth disassembly and clean up. Freshman and JV players should take a shift on Saturday morning because Varsity usually has practice. We also need good BBQ assistants for each shift to help work the grills. Please STEP UP and volunteer for a couple of hours on either day.
This is our major fundraiser. All proceeds from the tri-tip booth will be used to fund the football programs and all teams will benefit from your help.
