Mira Costa High School & Mustang Football proudly celebrate their 75th Anniversary - a milestone that honors a rich legacy of tradition, excellence & community pride.

From countless CIF playoff appearances to 5 runner up finishes & 3 championships, Mira Costa Football has etched its name into the fabric of Southern California athletics. Much of this success has come under the leadership of our longtime Head Coach, Don Morrow, whose impact continues to shape the program and its players.

To be a part of Mira Costa Football is to bleed green & gold. The experience of Friday Night Lights in our close-knit coastal town is nothing short of legendary. When a player steps onto the field wearing that gold helmet, they become a part of something bigger: a brotherhood, a legacy, a tradition.

More than just wins & titles, Mira Costa Football is about building character. Under Coach Morrow’s guidance & unwavering dedication, the program instill lifelong values - hard work, determination, responsibility, teamwork and most of love. Love for one another and love for the game. Preparing young people to succeed on and off the field.
